The best chai latte in Madrid - Bianchi Kiosko

When we found this tiny little coffee shop down a back street in Madrid we couldn't have been happier. It was the middle of the afternoon, the sun was scorching and we needed a coffee fix (Liam especially!), and Bianchi Kiosko delivered in spades.

As soon as you step foot in the place you can tell that when it comes to the coffee they mean business, with single origin coffees on the shelves, some killer kit and a menu that hit all the right notes.

Since it was so warm, we ditched the hot stuff and instead opted for something cooler. First up was the organic iced chai latte; which was made from a homemade chai syrup, not too sweet but packed with flavour topped up with soy milk (we try to avoid actual milk where we can) and sprinkled with cinnamon. Next up was a cup of cold brew; a 12-hour brew of a beautiful Ethiopian Yirgacheffe single origin coffee, absolutely perfect for an afternoon pick me up in the sun.

If we're ever in Madrid again then we'll definitely be visiting this place again, and we can safely say it was by far the best chai latte either of us has ever and probably will ever taste.
